Your school provides student names, classes, guardian phone numbers, fee structures, and payment records needed to run reminders and announcements. Staff sign-in uses work email addresses.
We use this information only to operate Sevvi for your school — sending WhatsApp messages you approve, recording payments, and showing your office the status of fees and messages.
Data is scoped to your school. Our team may access it only to support setup and fix issues you report. We do not sell school or parent data.
We keep records while your school uses Sevvi and for a reasonable period afterward if you leave, unless you ask us to delete sooner where the law allows.
